Design A Dashboard
We will design a dashboard at individual, department & company level so that organisations can take financially intelligent and informed decisions.
Top to Bottom Level Training
We will train everyone within the organisation, from the highest to the lowest level. Training programme will vary in durations depending upon employee needs & role.
FIO™️ Certification after Examination
We will examine the accounting system and reports. Post successful examination, the organisation will be certified as a Financially Intelligent Organisation™️ by Lamcon.
Review of Certificate
FIO™️ certificate will be renewed frequently by
re-examining processes & reports.
Generation of information without training is of no use. Training without relevant & timely information is a waste of time. The FIO™ process will help strengthen both.

The top & senior management will attend live face-to-face/online training programmes of varying durations.

The next layer of employees will be trained with the help of specially curated blended interactive e-learning programmes
Video-Based Training

Books
A copy of Romancing the Balance Sheet™ to be given to all the employees to refresh the concepts learnt from time to time.
